Aaron Sams   

Senior Vice President

Aaron is originally from a small town in Pennsylvania. He grew up chasing a dream to play professional baseball. He chased that dream and notched six seasons, playing for three different professional baseball teams.

After retiring from the sport, he found another passion in IT staffing where his sports background translated well into business. Over the next 15 years, Aaron worked for two of the world’s largest staffing companies and one of the world’s largest IT organizations.

When he met David in the spring of 2018 to discuss getting back into the staffing industry, he knew he had found a company in Archon Resources he could build his professional career with. Being able to come together with a like-minded individual to build a company from the ground up is special.

To do this in the context of serving others and what we call “changing lives” is something really special. Aaron is honored to lead and serve with Archon Resources and has visions of a Hall of Fame organization.

David Moore   

CEO

David watched his parents work hard in their printing business for most of his life. They provided excellent examples of integrity and solid work ethic, while treating their employees like family. While the printing industry would not be in David’s future, he knew that eventually running a business like his dad was what he dreamed of.

In the mid-1990s – thanks to a college friend giving him a chance – David began a career in staffing. He went to work for a global staffing company and was promoted through various leadership roles. He loved helping clients grow their companies while helping people grow their careers.

In 2002, he took a leap of faith and started a staffing business of his own. He built that business into a very respectable professional staffing firm, known for connecting top companies with quality talent. Ten short years later, he sold the company to pursue other business ventures.

In 2017, after realizing that staffing is his passion, he got back into the recruiting business and loves what he does every day. David’s heart and soul is building a company culture where people know they can count on each other.
